Nurturing Growth

The intervention in this age group strikes a balance between consistency and flexibility.  This age group places a strong emphasis on learning student skills, independence, and self regulation. This dynamic environment promotes growth, engagement, and success for future learning and friendships. At this age, children are active participants in their own growth. By focusing on student interests, specialists are able to derive active participation that builds confidence. Specialists provide ample opportunities for investigation, discovery, and connections with animals and the environment.

In addition, students continue to develop social and emotional maturity by focusing on social thinking, emotional regulation, executive functioning skills, and self-advocacy skills.

Our innovative program provides social thinking opportunities, behavioral support systems, sensory integration, fine and gross motor benefit, language acquisition and extracurricular fun! Students engage in consistent gross motor work, and have the option for occupational therapy and speech therapy.
